I've got a USB programmer but I don't know which one it is and the manual I need to use it.

Can someone identify this and let me know which on it is,
let me know what programs I need to use it through the USB port, and tell me where to find the necessary info for programming specific chips with BIOS files downloaded from the manufacturer?

Any useful info will be appreciated.
