ID is 0177 .
when I select " generic 29F004" read is relatively slow (14seconde)
erase is OK
write is relatively faster than read (7secondes) but verify is wrong arrived 40000.
Data 0 to 3FFFF is copied again on 40000 to 7FFFF.

if I select AM29F040, ID is wrong ,but read is faster (3 secondes) write is OK and verify is OK.
I don't know why it's not the right job with the rignt number..

Hello,
I come back with my unsolved AM29F004B problem.
Another bug is on the protect/unprotect selection.
They are normally eleven block..SA0 to SA10
-The page for selecting give only 8 choice SA0 to SA7.
-It is possible to protect one block for exemple SA0,but the unprotect stay always grayed and it's impossible to unprotect back.
-When the part selection is generic 29F004 ,the Class="29F004" is buggy and Read/ Write two time the adress 0x40000 to 0x7FFFF ,instead of 0 to 0x7FFFF ;Something is wrong with A18.
-When the part selection is AM29F040 or MX29F004 ,I can read and write.but ID is wrong and always block protection unusable
-When the part selection is MX29F004 ,The class is "MX29F040" ?(same as MX29F040 ,but different block organisation)
