Hi,
I bought a programmer GQ 4X. This is about 4 months. This has always worked well, but today it has stopped working. When I start the program usbprg hangs / crash. I tried on xp and windows 8, I have tried several usb cables, but does not work.
what can i do ?

I think they may have had a bad batch of programmers; Mine stopped working after a few days.
I sent it in for replacement or repair, and MCUMall denies they received it, even though I have delivery confirmation for the package. Good luck getting this sorted out! |

| I have bad lucky. I have bought other gq 4x...i am rich...:( bad programmer but in quality/price is the best. With the worst support. |

There are pirated version in the market, espicially from China. Those programmers do not work.
If you ordered from MCUmall or GQ, then you can send email to support@mcumall.com with your order number. |
