hi can anyone please help me with a step by step guide in how to download bios from website for any laptop, save to computer and save as a .bin file and load in the Gq-4x ready to burn.

I am completed new this but would love to learn,I have set up gq-4x managed to read a few chips but I am completely lost at this stage as to get the correct file format.

The common file format i .bin . But .hex is another file format you can use.

One you got your data file, then you can load the file into the GQ-4X software and then write it to a BIOS chip.
