Hi Friends

I'm trying to rewrite an EPROM M27C512 original ecu marrelli an IAQ 1G7SS.77 and I have previously erased with UV light for 20 min. Here attached an image with the error that gives me the GQ-4X. That may be happening here. Thanks for your help.

I have too a similar problem with eprom 27c256 of chevrolet corsa 1.6 8v. I could do it once, but now I clear it with UV light for 20 min and now will not let me write give me this error.

Nota: the eeprom SST27SF512 is compatible with the 27c512?

It seems the chip is not erased completely.

Do a blank check to confirm the chip is blank.

Yes. The SST27SF512 is read compatible with 27C512.

By what Eprom can replace the M27C512 PLCC32 (OTP) please.
