What is your software version? and the programmer version?

Looks like you have a very old version hardware. In that case you need to use older version software too.

I have one GQ-3X fw 1.00, GQUSBprg 6.30 under Windows 8.1 x64. I noticed that I have the same error with all devices.

You need to upgrade the firmware in order to work with latest Windows and software.

You need to send GQ-3X back to MCUmall for upgrading firmware. Wrtie to support@mcumall.com
