Hi all, i am a retro gamer and like my systems to have region free mods where possible. I currently have a parallel willem programmer (no idea what version) which i use to program eproms, so far having programmed mainly 27c256/27c512/27c4096 for Master System and Sega CD bios.

I would like to know if there is an adapter i can buy for my willem that would allow me to program 29LV160TMC-90 and 29F800TMC-90 chips for Dreamcast/Saturn bios chips which i believe are psop44?

Failing an adapter can anyone recommend me a new programmer (i don't mind USB or Parallel) and which adapter i'd need to be able to program all of the 27c and 29 chips above?

Thanks

The ADP-019 V4 should works for you.

The programmer should be GQ-4X which is confirmed to work with ADP-109V4.
see:

If your chip is in DIP 32 or less pin package, then you do not need adapter for this 27C and 29 chips.

If your chip is more than 32 pins, then you may need adapter. See programmer supported list for exact adapter part number.
