whenevr I try to program my chip I get ERROR:WRITE SECTOR ZERO

Check jumper settings.

what should they be set at, all the jumper that are shown in the softwar window (when AT29C256 is chosen) I have them set to that, but it doesn't show all the jumpers?

I had to change computers, but now when I burn the chip, and then read it, it is not what I burned on there.

If the software verified OK, then it should be programmed correctly. Otherwise the verification will fail.

when I try to verify it shows, error at 0X000000.....

can you give a picture of your programmer with chip on it? so that I can take a close look.
