Hello. I have a very urgent problem. I bought this product from you last year. suddenly the PC does not recognize it anymore. When I connect it to the usb the green led turns on (ON) and the buzzer rings normally. But it is not recognized.

Try to reinstall the drivers.

hahaha. I already tried a different cable, I already tried to reinstall the drivers, I already tried to restart the PC, I already tried on a different PC.
I have not tried a pc with win 7/8, but only on Windows 10 64bit

It looks like a USB chip hardware failure. Need a service.
