Hi :-)

I need help!

I have a UPD27C4000D UV Eprom that I must read and I can't find ANY infos on it (other than sources of stocks of components).

That's NOT a 27C4000 (32pins 8 bits) kind of eprom but a 40 pins 16 bits one.

What I need is : it's pinout, datasheet, it's equivalences or drop pin replacements references.
