greetings all,

I have a pcb5.0E-2019 I can not get to work. I suspect it is a communications issue. I have tried different LPT port settings. Can not get it to respond . the program load and starts but when I go to "test hardware" I get the "Hardware error , check power and connection"

I am running a dell Lattitude E5440 win10 64 bit .
I am attaching a picture , all the LED's are lit.
any help is greatly appreciated.

Should work unless there is some kind of special drivers required for the docking station.

Last year a similar issue happened in my laptop chipset, I took many measures but the problem was not resolved, then I talked to dell support and got the product replaced. My laptop was in the warranty period, if your product is in the warranty period then you dell Try talking to customer support.
