Hello,
thank you very much for making this cool programmer. Unfortunately,
I cannot program any SST39VF020 with PLCC32 socket. I have tried 10 different EEPROM Chips, some I bought new last week. I also tried several different settings, including custom setting

Name="SST39VF020*PLCC32R",ID="FFFF",Class="SST39LF/VF020",Category="FLASH",MFG="SST",CodeSize="262144",VCC="3.6V",RVPP="5V",WVCC="5V",Adapter="ADP-062, ADP005 PLCC32-DIP32";

I always get a either an ID error (if I use BFD6) or a writing error. For reference, I tried to erase a chip containing a firmware, and it completed successfully, but the chip was not erased. What am I doing wrong?

I tried a different chip, AMD AM29LV040B-120JC
same results, Chip ID fails with FFFF

I am starting to consider both PLCC32 to DIP32 adapters may be the issue.
