As TOP2005 the EasyPro 90B during the programming it use the pc's cpu ? is it more velocity than top2005 ?

It has on board CPU in the programmer.

TOP2005 has pin check.
Easy Pro B has no pin check but it has ID check. If the ID not match, then it will message.

is there one correct procedure to program the ic (for example SST flash) ?
because I don't succeed to program them
