I have recently purchased a GQ-4X.
After reading some eeproms I got the following error

Initialization failed. Please reconnect.
After reboot an a lot of trys to reconnect the programmer I reinstall the software and the usb driver.
My OS: Windows xp


Ive still the same error. Initialization failed. Please reconnect.

Please help me....

Can you detect the programemr from software Test H/W -> Detect Hardware menu?

Check zlm mcu q happens to not answer the mail they send and not part of the technical support

I need the tool to update the software and send many query an2131 mail not answer from now thanks

Same problem here with an original QG4x , hardware voltage test ok and recognised programmer HW id , this is a new unit , used another PC and newest software and driver versions , same error , please suggest me what to do .

It is not the AN2131 chip problem.

Can you detect the programemr from software Test H/W -> Detect Hardware menu?

Yes i can detect the programmer from software Test H/W and voltage test ok all items,newest software version with 2.0 driver , try with another PC and USB cable.
