W39V040AP & W39V040AP

'Coz the manufacturer is same : Winbond.
But when i try to choose the W39V040AP in GQ Program then it only has the W39V040APZ Part no.So i have to Choose this one but When i try to check the DEVICE ID then it only shows FFFF / does not recognize it.

You can use W39V040AP for W39V040APZ.

Make sure your chip has no problem.

You should be able to get chip ID.

Check pin contact and position.

You selected the chip type from software should match the software detected the ID from chip Otherwise the software may not able able to write that chip correctly.

You can try to use 40LF002A but that is not guaranteed.
