Using the GQ-4X and trying to burn 12F629. I have verified chips are in the right position. The file I am trying to burn is 609 bytes. After I burn and read it back, the file is 47.1k in size. I also get the messages below:

This chip has no problem. Try slower speed and see if solves problem.

Make sure the chip is a good chip.
