Is it possible to add support for E N 2 5 Q H 1 6 ? (remove spaces)
Same for EN29PL064

It is not possible to write that marking, the forum software adds some js to it if written together.

datasheet comes out from google.

did you try to use 25Q64 to read it?

The read should be compatible at least.

read as 25Q64: Reads all FF-s, tried different speeds.
read as 25Q16: the same

Id-s correctly, as 1C7015
so it is not compatible with 25q64
