HI. my problem is that I have tried to program 2 eeprom plc32 27C512 TI and ST marks and no writing i am using adaptor plc32 to dip 28 left images I leave here hopefully you can help me this time ZML.

The chip is not blank. You have to erase the chip before write. If you chip is OTP chip, then you need a new chip.

I tried deleting both the erase option but the software shows me a message that tells me that this chip does not need to be deleted. it will be otp as you say?

The chip only can be erased by UV eraser, not the programmer. If your chip is One Time Programmable (OTP) chip, then no way to erase it. Every time write you need a new chip.

this chip not have the glass that are usually uv chip erase. It will be Otp this are the image.

This is OTP EPROM chip. It only can be programmed once.
