My 4x stopped burning 27c020's. Sent it in for a repair, which took forever...have had it back several months now, and it's starting the same thing. Is the QC that bad on these things?!?

If same thing happened, then it must be something else wrong. Is it the problem is exactly same as last time? how many chips you have programmed then?

It programmed them fine once I received it back. I have 2 of these programmers. One will no longer burn them, the other will burn them just fine.

It is realy weird if it fails again on same chip. It must be something wrong. You need send it back for the service.
