Hi all,

I'm trying to use a GQ-4x4 on Windows 10 to program AM27C64 EPROMs. However, when I do a blank check, the progress bar is just stuck at 0%. I've let it run for many minutes, and it makes no progress.

How can I debug this?

Thanks,

-Dave

I downgraded to Windows 7, and now it works. So it seems like the Win10 drivers aren't up to par with the Win7 drivers.

I just downloaded GQUSBprg v7.04 and the blank check succeeds on the first attempt. But it then hangs again on subsequent attempts.

I also got a "Configuration update failed. #1=" error, (see screenshot). And also it seems to intermittently loose connection to the USB device, requiring re-plugging in of the cable.

Download the latest software and see if it works.
