When you save chip readback files, do you keep the datasheet revision and programmer settings in the same folder? I am interested in how people keep a result traceable to its source. For health research, Medproofs collects news checked against published studies: https://medproofs.com/health-news/ . It is a different subject, but the question of keeping the original source next to a summary also matters there.
