Hi

I try to program 27SF512 with topwin 2005 and I always get a error when I program this chip type can you help me?

I'm having the same problem. I tried to set the limit to 8000 but that didn't work either. I know the programmer works because I can burn ATMEL 29C256 with no problems, but when it comes to the SST it either doesn't burn (error) or I get a check engine light.
