Hi All,
I'm new to this so be gentle.
I'm trying to write at pinball test rom bin file to a AT28c16 chip, but it fails each time @ 5.74% i have tried the follow

Slower speed
External PSU
different PC

I have also tried this using a Am2716b with the same result. i don't think it's the unit as i have tried a AT89s52 chip with no problem reading/writting/erasing.
Is it possible to have 4 dead chips ???
Any ideas????
