Hello,

I just bought a TOP2004 Programmer and guess what I worked - once!
I have the same problem as stated in the TOP2003 subjects "EAccessViolation" or "No Device"!
Deinstall driver and software and install the whole thing works once.

There must be a solution for this problem. I also wonder what the little tool "Reload USB driver" is exactly about...

I use WinXP SP2.

If I start the TopWinEn Software (having the "no Device" error") and do a USB search inside the programm it sees to programmer, but reading/writing to a chip doesn't work.

In the control panel I have a new category "Jungo"
with the entries
- Top Programmer
- WinDriver
To disable to driver and to enable the driver back doesn't fix the problem.

I think somewhere in the registry or somewhere else, an entry gets modified after the very first run of the programm (working).
If we found the change, this could eventualy lead to a solution.

Please share what you know about this problem and the TOP2004 product.

Greetings from Switzerland,

Lukas Leuthold
