Posted - 02/13/2009 : 22:21:28 The 93C56 is a serial EEPROM. The GQ-4X supports this chip. And many users use the GQ-4X to do the in circuit programming.
However, the in circuit programming by a test clip is tricky. That because the most of EEPROM circuit is not designed for programming in that way. You may need to try a few times to get it work depend on the circuit designed around the EEPROM.
