Hi , really need help to correctly read/program that's chip

I got a Dual power Willem Programmer with a TSOP32 14MM adaptor for the
39SF020A and I'm not able to get a correct manufactureres ID , i'm getting 0x90 0x90 or 0xFF 0xFF trying the PCB3 or Willem setting and trying many Dip setting too.

My chip are good , I got like 5 brand new chip and i'm getting same result. My programmer is good also cause I already program many PIC and other eeprom with it.

I need an hint to get it work please for the SST chips please! tx for you help. I've added a picture , except for the dip, there's is something else wrong on my board??

Your DIP setting are wrong.

Just in reversed every bit on DIP setting. ON should be OFF, and OFF should be ON.

This may due to the wrong software board version selection.

On the software toolbar, keep the software board version on PCB3B, not the Willem
