I have the programmer GQ-4X, after two memories literate 29f200bb suddenly going to write another memory and writing fails.
As another memory and I get the same problem.
I check and see this message.
Contacting server software failed
I have tried to update it, on another computer, change the USB cable, and as they do.
I would appreciate help me

most likely the chip has poor contacting with adapter, or adapter with ZIF socket.

The server failed message you need to check if the computer has internet access.
