Using a dual powered programmer, and when i bring up Eprom3 ja, the option to program this pic is greyed out.

How do I ungrey it?

Hi John,

That means the device isn't supported in 0.97ja. Try downloading WinPic800 -- http://www.willem.org/ZIP/WinPic800359.zip.

Sorry to put this as 3 posts, it didn't like me to put it all in one. As you can see, the option to program PIC12F629 is greyed out. Anyone shed some light on how to tell it to program them?
