i have a willem pcb3b programmer and i am trying to program a sst39vf020, all i can do is read the eprom correctly.
cant verify , program or erase.

I keep getting incorrect id of chip.
manufacture = 0xD5
device = 0x6E.
i should be getting different id with sanyo in it.
jumpers are correct and tried many software but doesnt seem to work right. we tried on a pcb 4.5 and it gave correct id , can read , write, program , erase, etc..... no problems.
but what could be the problem with the pcb3b not working properly.

PCB3B should be able to read/write/ID this chip.

If you can confirm the chip been write correclty, then try to adjust tWP and tWP see it makes difference.

To confirm the chip been write correctly, you need to erase the chip , do a blank check , write and verify. All steps should not have error.

You can use a multimeter to check if there are any voltage out from the ZIF socket from Test H/W tab of software.
