Hi,

I just purchased a TOP2005 for the sole purpose of copying a AT22V10L chip to repair a machine. When I put the AT22V10L chip in the programmer it reports back that it is blank and if I read it all I get are all 1's. I know the chip is not blank. I want to copy the program over to an ATF22V10. If I put an ATF22v10 chip in the machine it reads and writes it correctly. I tried the newest Topwin version and an old version. Any suggestions?

The lock bit can not be read out when reading normal reading.

This is chip's security feature.

Thanks for the post. I don't know anything about this burner but I would have thought that it would give me an error when I try to read the chip instead of saying it is blank.

The chip been locked up?
If the chip been enabled the security bit, then you can not read.
