Hi,
I just purchased a TOP2005 for the sole purpose of copying a AT22V10L chip to repair a machine. When I put the AT22V10L chip in the programmer it reports back that it is blank and if I read it all I get are all 1's. I know the chip is not blank. I want to copy the program over to an ATF22V10. If I put an ATF22v10 chip in the machine it reads and writes it correctly. I tried the newest Topwin version and an old version. Any suggestions? |

The lock bit can not be read out when reading normal reading.
This is chip's security feature. |

Thanks for the post. I don't know anything about this burner but I would have thought that it would give me an error when I try to read the chip instead of saying it is blank. |

The chip been locked up?
If the chip been enabled the security bit, then you can not read. |
