Posted - 06/07/2005 : 13:23:58 Those bizarre characters are non-English characters. It does not affect the function of software. The English patch supposed to fixed this kind of issues. But currently has no patch for this version.
Posted - 06/07/2005 : 08:59:40 I've downloaded the newest version 1.43 and ok now. But this English version still has some bizarre characters when I load file, and select file type bin, hex, or jed... There are some bizarre characters next to word bin, hex, or jed.
It should be *bin binary, *hex Intel Hex, or *jed PLD instead
This is not in early version which comes with the CD with English patch when I bought the TOP048
