Hi all!
I've had my TOP2005 for five months now last week when i try to program a 89S52 my TOP say no chips placed i can still check ttl ic's
but all my PAL and MCU function when read or write says no chip placed any suggestions please help.

no my ZIF socket is ok so is my USB chip, my voltage inverter is ok (i still has 15v out) all my uln2003 driver ic as well as smd transistors are ok, my problem might be in the FPGA but i don't have the firmware to reflash it, anyhow! i'm tired of invisible manufacturer i'm ordering a new Xeltek 280U. Costs more but worth it, buying TOP was a sad experience.

Clean up your programmer ZIF socket and your chip pins, espeically the GND pin. See if it makes any difference.
