Should I buy a top2049 ?? or easypro

I need a programmer, mainly for 27c4001 now, but I will be doing other devices in the future. How good are the top programmers, software updates, and support seems to be limited (chinese web site ??).
Should I be sinking my money else where manufacturer, or a different model. I like the idea of usb connected, parallel ports are becoming scarcer.
I thought about willem, but they don't come in case, and by the time I put one in a case :-(.
Budget, the 2049 is the upper limit.
So do I got the 2049, why / why not.

The TOP2049 should be in same category of EasyPro800.
From my personal point of view, the EasyPRo800 should be much better overall. But it need to pay more. It has English website, www.programtec.com and updated software regularly.

I believe what you pay and what you get.
