I've easily programmed a number of ATF20V8B GALs, but the TOP2003 doesn't want to write to a GAL20V10D using the 20V10 or 20V10A profiles. Anyone had success?

Tom

Sorry, it's a GAL22V10D. GAL22V10A is on the list, and Lattice says that the -D version's programming specification is the same as the -A version, so it should work, but doesn't.

Fortunately, I found that I could program the GAL22V10D myself with an easily-built parallel-port adapter and a free application, GALBlast.

Once programmed, a TOP2003 can read and verify the part. It just can't write to it.

The GAL20V10D seems not in the supported list. Pls. check your list again. It only has GAL20V8B.
