Hey,

Had this top2004 half ass programmer for a little over a year. It used to program 27c010 and\or 27c1001 128k chips fairly well but now it wont and I know the chips are in good working order and nice and clean. Also it has never been able to program 27c512\27512 64k chips or 2732 4k chips. Anyone got a fix for any of these issues namely howto make it work properly with 27c010 or 27c512? I think this burner is a pretty big waste of cash as it seems it only works properly with a few common chips and every other chip it "suposedly" works with it doesn't. I'm pretty good with electronics so don't worry about going in depth with any help info you can provide.

Thanks,
Shawn

thanks I'll do that. These top programmers are such jank, I wish I would have known more about them being prone to breaking down so quickly. There is no excuse for a machine to breakdown in only a year or so's time. Poor manifacturing is to blame I'm sure of it. If they didn't use such low end parts everyone wouldn't be having so many issues with the brand.
