I have a PRO 2003 and I want to program Xicor X28HC64 EEPROM but cant get it to work. The EEPROMS works then I try another programmer so they aren't damaged or something. The programmer starts and then stops then it has reached a certain adress. I have checked for bad connection or something like that but didnt find anything. It always stops at the same adress. I tried with another chip and I get the same problem.
Anyone know what it might be?
