I am new in programming and on this forum. I recently bougt an enhached willem prog, how i can program amic a290021tl plcc-32?

Steps I understand from thread:
1. Use 0.97g software
2. Select the chip SST PH29EE010
3. In "Device" tab of software, check "Disable Software data Protect".
4. Erase chip.
5. Select device again 29F002T
6. You can write/read/ID

Your chip is not listed in the supported device list. You need to know the compatible device in order to program it.
