Hi,

Just received my unit and am trying to use the
Atmel 89 adapter to program a AT90S2313. I cannot
find that adapter in the list of devices for the
AT90S2313. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I think I found it. There is a "New Adapter" checkbox in
the AVR 8 bit RISC Lockbit/Fusebit Section that I turned on
and it appears that the AVR is now reading and writing.

Thanks.

Thanks. I have put the Atmel 89 into the programmer,
but while in the program it does not give that adapter
as the one for the AT90S2313 IC. It shows a MCS-51 adapter
for this chip with 4 different IC sockets.
I have matched the Dip switch settings to the config that
appears for that adapter, but it does not seem to read and
write to the AT90S2313 AVR.
Any help would be appreciated.

This chip should be supported by this adaptor.
All you need is set the jumper to 90S position and put the chip in the 20pin ZIF.
