i have a unknowen 27c1024(number scratched off) that i blanked once long time ago a wrote to it with a FLEX-700.

now i blanked the chip and it will fail the writting right at the 1st few addresses in a few sec. it always passes the blank test.i have the 9v adapter in use also. i tried a few diff 27c1024 profiles.

other brand 27c1024 plus other random eproms work.

If other brand 27C1024 work, then I'll guess the unknowen 27C1024 may not been erased, or demaged or not a 27c1024 EPROM.

Or need change the tWc and tWp to work.
