Hello, I cannot get valid copies (duplicates) of my Firmware stored on NAND Samsung K9F4G08U0D, using your GQ-5X.

If I use the original NANDs, provided by my manufacturer, they work when installed in devices.

If I use the dumped ones, duplicated on identical NAND chips from original working NANDs, these copies does not work.

Can you help me to solve this issue, please?

The updated config file include this line to identify the NAND chip:

Name="K9F4G08U0D",MFG="Samsung",ID1="ech",ID2="DCh",ID3="10h",ID4="95h",ID5="54h",size="21000000h",PageSize="840h",BlockSize="40h"

In Samsung's K9F4G08U0D datasheet, I cannot find these values (that are, instead, in the Config file):

size="21000000h"
PageSize="840h"
BlockSize="40h"

Can you check that these values are the correct ones also for this Samsung K9F4G08U0D NAND chip, please?

Thanks

GQBlaster v1.01 added a fix for chips greater than 32gbit and many other updates for chip support including automatic LUN detection.

I have used it successfully on some 64 and 128Gbit Micron devices.

I can try to take a look with remote desktop sharing.(teamviewer)

Hello, it will be nice to try together. When can we do it, please?

in pdf 4,429,185,024 bit = 553648128 bytes = 21000000h bytes.
(2K + 64)Byte = 2048 + 64 = 2112 = 840h bytes.
