The 28 pin has a UV port under the sticker, the 68 pin is a scrambler/descrambler I've been told.

Also, which eprom reader/writer would work well with the 28 pin chip?

Maybe the 27c256

I'd like to get a 28 pin EEprom and EEprom reader/writer for it, so I can flash the replacment EEprom chip much quicker
