I have a TOP2048 that has some blown transistors. The markings are Y2 and Y1 but nothing else. I have a TOP2049 as well but it doesnt seem to want to program my AM2716B chips like the 2048 would. Does anyone know which transistors I need to order from Mouser to replace these blown ones?

Y2 |CLY2 |Sie |DR |MW6 |3GHz GaAsfet 0.25W 3GHz
Y2 |BZX84-C12 |Phi |C |SOT23 |0.3W zener 12V±5%

Those are regular PNP or NPN power transistors.
