I tried to replace clasic 62256 sram with XiCor 28c256..
Nothing against it i could find in characterstics comparing,
concerning usual procedure.
NOTHING ! I made clear address logic where "write" and "read"
(signals are always opposite, one is low, another is automaticaly
high).. nothing .. again.
Can anybody, with experience, help me.

There may be a software bug of TopWinEn.exe on chip X28C256.
