Hallo,

I just baught a topwin2005 to program my bios a PMC PMFL49004T. I can erase, blank an read the flash-chip, but when i try to write the original bios file (binary-file) I always get an error. I only can write empty data on the chip. Has anybody an idea whats wrong?

sometimes i get a message like "trouble pin connector ...", but it depends on the chip type i select.
I tried different chip types. Sometimes the programmer seem to programm my bios, but when verifying the data i get an error and the chips seems to be empty. I bought an plcc32-dip28 adapter with 3,3 and 5 V. but i am no longer sure if it is the right adapter, because the chip type printed on the adapter is an other one then the 49FL004T.

if you can confirm the adapter you are using is correct, then most likely is the software problem.
