hi,
help me,
I have a top2004 programmer and can't read D27011 eprom,
the program topwin display: problem pin contact of: 6,35,36.
But this pin no to exist! 27011 is 28 pin eprom,
in 40 pin socket of programmer, 1-6 35-40 is not conected.

help.
Perhaps the tension for programming is'nt correct.
(With write command the software stop in first addres and display this error "file=00 chip=ff").
I ask, is possible to forced the programming voltage whit external tension without damage the top programmer?
The top2004 programmer factory have a consumer suport mailbox?

I have try with last software version.
I can not write the 27011 eprom.
I try with 27011 and 27513 set.
In 27011 set, no read and no write
In 27513 set, the writing stop in first address of memory

i have topwin 2.32 version,
now dounload 2.35 version and try.

These devices have a voltage different from writing that of reading, your problem can be the soft TOPWIN, that version you have? you can unload the last version of http://www.top2048.com/gb/soft.htm

27513 type and 27011 eprom:
with read command all ok,
with program command, topwin display:
error!(file=00 chip=ff)

try with 27513 or 27C513 eproms.
