Can someone get a hold of the people that write the software and tell them that Paged EPROMs don't work with the current version of their software?

Specifically I am trying the 27C513 and 27C011.

The software thinks the 27C011 is a 32 Pin package when it is actually 28 Pin, and won't read correctly and errors instantly on writing.

The 27C513 will read but every time it is read comes up with a different checksum because it isn't accessing the 4 different pages correctly. Also there is an error when writing to the chip after the first 4000 or so bytes.
