Hi there,
I'm trying to fix this TOP2004 programmer. A SMD transistor was exploded :)
They are all identified with "2A-'" , the symbol identified with -' is kinda a L turned 90 deg. counterclockwise :)
Our tester says that is a PNP transistor with an hFE of about 185.
Any hint about what to use for it?
