hey all...Need some help with my motherboard BIOS chip. Have a corrupt BIOS problem, and need to burn a new chip. The original chip in the board is a FWH/LPC chip. My question is can i replace it with a flash chip? will my board have a problem reading it?

I do not think you can do this. The FWH/LPC chip comes with special featuer pin, which the common flash chips do not have.
