Hi,
my only usb powered enhance programmer(part numbers sanded) with TSOP48(ADP-042)from mcu dont't write the high nibble on my TE28F320 with 4 different chips.

Read ID OK
Erase OK
Blank check OK
Programm = Error at 0x000080 Chip = 0x6060 buffer = 0x603C

other test:

I write AA 55 AA 55 to my device
Read Result AA 00 AA 00

Read Flash (programmed with my friends Willem) works fine.

Any Idea ?
any IC on adapter damage ?

Thanks

Hello,
now i have change all IC's on TSOP48 adapter.

The result is the same

When i make H/W Test and turn on VCC1 only grenn led get on next turn on Vpp and turn off VCC1 both led get on ?

Results:
VCC ON Pin1 0V Pin32 5,0V
VPP ON Pin1 12V Pin32 5,0V (VCC OFF)

I remove J3 then light correct Led.

VCC1 and VPP only connect over D1 and SW12/2.
D1 is OK an SW12/2 is open.

Well then?

Thanks

I could not find exact schematic of this adapter. But there is a similar one from EZoFlash. You may check the adapter if anything wrong.
