Hi all, I'm trying to read the contents of the above to make a backup file, but can't find it on the list of devices.

I'm using a GQ-4X programmer.

There is a datasheet for the device here: h**p://www.limpulsion.fr/upload/docs/DM52B33H300.PDF

Can anybody advise how I might proceed?

Many thanks.

Start with the 27C64 and drop VPP to 5V.

Ok, thanks. I was trying to use a 27C64 as a drop in replacement as they are a lot more available. The machine wouldn't recognise it though so wanted to copy the prog across in case it needs a format.
What's the deal with Pin 1? Tied high on the 52B33, I've left it floating on the 27C64

Many thanks.

Pin 1 on the 52B33 if low should erase all the chip.
